Psychotherapy Services

Individuals

Individual therapy can offer a safe and supportive space to explore core beliefs, identify barriers to healthy functioning, provide different perspectives, and facilitate growth. We’re here to help you identify what’s keeping you stuck in unhealthy patterns of thinking and behaving that prevent you from living the vibrant life you deserve. We want to help you get “unstuck” so that you can spend more energy on the people and things that really matter to you.

Couples and Families

In relational therapy, We assist couples and families in increasing their understanding of their own patterns as well as attunement to others. We work to establish productive communication and healthy boundaries to increase overall satisfaction and connection. We place high value on exploring family history and other systems that may impact the couple or family dynamic. While the work may be challenging, relational therapy is often highly rewarding.

Eating Disorders

As Eating Disorder Specialists, we meet clients where they are and guide them towards and through their recovery journey. Using an individualized approach in therapy, we treat a wide variety of eating disorders and body image struggles-our philosophy aligns with Health at Every Size (HAES). We are strong advocates for collaboration with other providers such as dietitians, psychiatrists, and primary care doctors as well as including loved ones whenever possible.
