Insurance and Rates
We are committed to providing affordable and accessible care.
We encourage all clients to confirm coverage with their insurance company. If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, we can offer you a superbill (an itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
In order to utilize insurance, an active diagnosis is required. Because of this, couples therapy is not a covered service. Orenda Counseling only utilizes diagnosis code Z63.0 for couples counseling.
Know that if you choose to use insurance or submit a superbill, we are required to provide a diagnosis and your insurance company is entitled to your medical records.
Once the first EOB is returned and we know the the amount due for sessions, the card on file will be charged at time of service going forward.

Fee Schedule
This is our 2026 fee schedule. If using insurance, please note this fee schedule is billed to insurance but your out of pocket cost is dependent on the specific insurance plan and coverage as well as the contracted rate with each insurance company. Fee is due at time of service and Orenda requires an active credit card on file at all times.

Individual therapy 55-minute session (90837): $175
Couples/Family therapy 55-minute session: $185

Each clinician holds a few reduced fee slots for clients in need. Additionally, some clinicians may be on Open Path Collective. Please contact us to inquire.
