Jacquelyn Tumminello, MS, LPC, PMH-C
I aim to empower clients to live a life that closely aligns with their values and to support the healing and changes needed to accomplish this. I believe having someone who truly listens without judgment can create a strong foundation for personal growth.
With a warm and realistic style, I use an integrative, client-centered approach to meet the unique strengths, identities (including LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse identities), history, challenges, and goals of my clients. I often integrate cognitive-behavioral strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and CBT, mindful-self compassion exercises, and Motivational Interviewing. I also offer EMDR and CPT for clients interested in trauma-focused therapy.
When I’m not at the office, I love running, camping, and going on adventures with my husband and two daughters. For me, days that start with a cup of coffee and a good book are typically far better than those without.

My Background
Experience
I graduated from Mount Mary University with a Master’s in Professional Counseling. Since then, I have worked primarily with individuals struggling with anxiety, prenatal/postpartum issues, trauma, and major life transitions in outpatient settings. After spending three years in solo private practice, I was thrilled to join Orenda’s team of compassionate therapists who are dedicated to shared professional values.
