Eating Disorder Therapy

in Cedarburg, WI

We believe healing is about more than changing behaviors—it’s about understanding the experiences that shaped your relationship with food and your body while building more trust, flexibility, and self-compassion along the way.

All Bodies, Identities, and People are Welcome at Orenda

Eating disorders and disordered eating aren't just about food—they can quietly take away pieces of your life, leaving less room for connection, spontaneity, and joy.

Maybe you're exhausted by how much of your attention is taken up by food, eating, exercise, or your body. What started as an attempt to become healthier, more in control, or "better" may now feel like a constant stream of thoughts and judgments that are difficult to turn off. You may find yourself avoiding certain foods, second-guessing your choices, or constantly negotiating with yourself around food, movement, and your body.
